Apparently this book was the first cereal box prize, from Kellogg's.
It went from 10 cents in 1909, to 60 dollars today! Here is where I found all this out!
Cool! :)

Fruity Cheerios vs. Froot Loops
I've always loved Froot Loops because as a kid what more do you need in your cereal than lots of colors! A couple years ago though I ate Froot Loops for the first time in a while and realized that they weren't that amazing. They got soggy quick and all the flavor ended up in the milk leaving you with spongy rings...
BUT...I tried Fruity Cheerios and wow!!! They're smaller and cuter and the colors are brighter (not sure if that's a good thing though), and they stay crunchy and flavorful for a while! They're the exact same texture as any cheerio. They also leave the milk tasting way better.
Fruity Cheerios
Calories per serving (3/4 cup) - 100
Total Fat per serving - 1.5g
Total Carbohydrate - 23g
PROS:
- Stay crunchy!
- Keep flavor
- Are smaller and cuter, in my opinion
- Are slightly healthier
- The box lasts longer because theres more O's!
CONS:
- Missing a blue one
- Sweeter, but for me that's actually a PRO
Cant think of anything else! They're so good.
Froot Loops
Calories per serving (3/4 cup) - 110
Total Fat per serving - 1g
Total Carbohydrate - 25g
PROS:
- All kinds of colors!
- Bigger pieces
- Are kind of frosted
CONS:
- Get soggy fast :(
- Lose flavor fast :(
- Make your milk a weirder color
- Too much air in the box, they go quickly!
- A little less healthy
As you can probably tell by now Fruity Cheerios WIN in my eyes! If you haven't tried them and like Froot Loops, definitely try them!!!

What the ?!
Haha, EWW!!! I was looking at some cereals that didn't make it along with some made-up cereals that definitely would have NEVER made it, and some of them are just too funky...and others were just hilarious. Here are some prime examples...
"Topless Robot's 5 Nerdy Cereal That (Deservedly) Failed"
Nerds Cereal
"Topless Robot's 5 Nerdy Cereal That (Deservedly) Failed"
Nerds Cereal
Can't imagine how these tasted...hopefully not as tart and tangy as the actual candies!
Urkel O's
These were supposedly strawberry & banana flavored. That's fine, but...Urkel is corny!
Cool Ranch Cheerios
Ummm cool ranch and milk?! Yucky!!! Good idea though coming from the Frosted Cheerios box.
Pieces of Shit
Wow...just...WOW. These had me dying. I don't even get the reference, but it's hilarious.
Honey Bunches of Hot Pockets
HAHAHAHA. Whoever made this just stuck the Hot Pockets logo right over it!!! This is definitely a bad idea.

Treats!
Sooo I ate one of these fancy cereal bars for breakfast before work this week, and it kept me full for literally hours!!! Usually I can eat two of those cereal and milk bars and still be hungry but a)it was the morning and b)these ones are a little more satisfying for my taste (because they have so much sweetness hehe).
Those are all the varieties I'm aware of, there might be more in the supermarket or stores like that, I've only been to gas stations where they have them.
My favorite one is the Cocoa Puffs one, the chocolate on the bottom is POPPIN!!! Makes it way better. And it's better than the Cocoa Pebbles one because the cereal is little balls not little pieces, and its crunchier and airier, aka better in my eyes! I haven't tried the Lucky Charms one, and the Fruity Pebbles one is pretty good too :) Mainly because Fruity Pebbles is a great cereal, so you don't need much more.
Anyways, YUM !!! Everyone should go out an try these, if you're into cereal and cereal bars!

Pebbles Cereal
We all love fruity and cocoa Pebbles cereal!!! I'm dedicating this post to the history and varieties of this yummy Flintstones inspired cereal!
Here are the different kinds of Pebbles cereal:
- Introduced in 1971 by Post
- Oldest cereal brand based on a TV series or movie
- One of the most consistent and best-selling brands of cereal
Here are the different kinds of Pebbles cereal:
Bedrock Blizzard
Released for the 1998 holiday season, the two varieties included a red and green "fruity" flavor and a chocolate frosted "snow sprinkled" flavor.
Cinna-Crunch Pebbles
Also released in 1998, they were released as limited edition and were discontinued in 2001. Instead of the usual crisp rice formula these were more of a Pops-like form.
Winter Fruity Pebbles
Only around for a very short time, these were introduced in 2002 and had red and green fruity pebbles.
Marshmallow Mania Pebbles
Released in 2005, these were a mix of original crisp rice pebbles and marshmallows.
Ice Berry Pebbles
Released for a limited time in 2006, IceBerry Pebbles had green, red, yellow, and orange pebbles. They were like fruity pebbles but with a "strawberry flavor".
Dino S'mores Pebbles
With marshmallow pieces in the shape of a bone and chocolate nuggets in chocolate pebbles, these were released for a limited time in 2008. They were available until 2009.
Cupcake Pebbles
Released in 2010, these pebbles are cake batter flavored and are white with rainbow sprinkles.
Marshmallow Pebbles
Also released in 2010, these are vanilla-graham pebbles with lucky-charm-esque marshmallows.
Pebbles Boulders
In 2011 these two flavors "Stone Age Caramel Apple" and "Chocolate Peanut Butter" were released as limited edition.
MMMM!!!! I really do love all pebbles cereal I've ever eaten. The cupcake ones are crazy. I want to try all of them!
